Step 1 — Find what you want
You can come to us with a model in three ways. Browse our Yupoo catalog of 40+ factory albums; paste a link from a community Taobao spreadsheet; or simply screenshot something you saw on Instagram or TikTok. If it exists in our network, we will find it — and if a clothing item is sold out due to a seasonal drop, we will check with the factories and reply within six hours.
Step 2 — Get a transparent quote
Send the photo and your size on WhatsApp. Within six hours you get a single, plain-English quote: the item price, the shipping cost for your chosen line, and a realistic duty estimate for your country under 2026 rules. No surprise fees revealed at checkout. If you want to sanity-check shipping first, use our shipping calculator.
Step 3 — Pay your way
For a first order we recommend PayPal (+8%) for its 180-day buyer protection — it costs a little more but covers you while you build trust. After that most buyers switch to Western Union (0%) to save the surcharge. USDT (+3%) is fast and handy where card payments are restricted, and MoneyGram is also available. You never need a Chinese credit card.
Step 4 — Approve the QC video
This is the step that protects you. Within about 48 hours of payment we film a 360° QC video of your actual item and send it on WhatsApp. You inspect stitching, colour, logos and sizing, and only when you approve does it ship. If something is wrong, we fix it before it ever leaves China — that is why a QC video beats QC photos.
Step 5 — Track to your door
We dispatch by DHL, FedEx or UPS and send your tracking number within roughly 48 hours. Typical transit is 6–12 days to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia. Remember the 2026 customs reality: the US $800 de minimis exemption ended in 2025, so budget for a duty or flat fee on China parcels. We declare accurately and can consolidate or split parcels to keep your landed cost predictable.
Common mistakes first-timers make
A few avoidable errors cost new buyers time and money. The first is shipping shoe boxes: a single box can add hundreds of grams of chargeable weight, so unless you specifically collect boxes, let us remove them. The second is ordering items one at a time instead of consolidating — every separate parcel pays the base courier rate again, whereas a consolidated parcel pays it once. The third is skipping the QC video review: take two minutes to actually inspect stitching, logos and colour, because your approval is your protection. The fourth, and most expensive in 2026, is forgetting customs; budget for a duty or flat fee on China parcels rather than being surprised at delivery.
What a good WhatsApp message looks like
You don't need to write much. The fastest quotes come from messages that include three things: a clear photo or link of the item, your size (and for shoes, whether you want the box), and your destination country. For example: "Hi, I'd like this AJ1 in US 9.5, no box, shipping to Germany." That's enough for us to come back with item price, the best courier, and a realistic duty estimate. If you're ordering several items, send them in one message so we can consolidate and quote combined shipping.
After your order ships
Once you approve the QC video and we dispatch, you'll get a tracking number within about 48 hours. Express parcels to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia typically take 6–12 days. If your country applies duty, the courier may contact you to collect it before final delivery — that's normal under 2026 rules and not something we control. If anything looks wrong on arrival, message us with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund where warranted. Most buyers, once they've completed one order, switch from PayPal to Western Union to save the 8% surcharge on future orders.
Is this safe and legal?
Browsing spreadsheets and ordering from China is shopping like any other; the practical considerations are customs compliance and knowing what may be imported into your country. We declare parcels accurately, and you remain responsible for ensuring items can lawfully enter your country. We never ask for a Chinese bank account or card, and for first orders we steer you toward PayPal precisely because its buyer protection keeps you covered while you decide whether to trust us.
