- Contact information you provide. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive the phone number and details you choose to share (the model you want, your size, and your shipping address when you order). We use this only to quote, fulfil and ship your order.
- Basic analytics. Like most websites we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, country, device type) to improve the site. This does not identify you personally.
- We do not sell your data, run targeted advertising, or share your address with anyone other than the courier needed to deliver your parcel.
WhatsApp communication
Order conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and has its own privacy and encryption policies. We keep order chats only as long as needed to provide service and handle after-sales issues.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function and, optionally, anonymous analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you and request its deletion at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. Depending on your country (e.g. under GDPR), you may have additional rights to access, correct or erase your data.
Data retention & security
We retain order information for the period required to provide service and meet any legal obligations, then delete it. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold.
